Since this will be breaking the cherry on your guitar experience... what type of guitar are you thinking of?? My first was a Harmony Rocket acoustic electric. (wish I still had it) .. never really got into the "name brand" guitars like Gibson or Fender, I have copies of those and a copy of a Rickenbacker 330 12 string.. don't have the 2 Grand (U.S.) to put down on one, but I am thinking of getting a 330 6 string in FireGlo !!! It'll cost me 1400.00 but I think I'll splurge for THAT name brand. :P Enjoy your first, you'll always remember "her".
