Yeehaaaa! That is so amazing. I have just spent the past week or so working until midnight every night to ensure our customers don't get let down following a problem with a member of staff. We are back to normal now which is how I had the time to have a look at this. You have made my day and I am so chuffed that you bothered putting all the effort in to do this.
